Slightly out of the blue, Nintendo has announced that Yo-Kai Watch 3 will be releasing in Europe this winter and in North America on February 8th, 2019. Taking place in a new environment, explicitly stated as North America in Japan but who knows how they’ll explain it in the westernized localization, this third installment adds many new Yo-Kai and a new battle system.

The game is the last mainline entry for the 3DS, which could suggest that the company is ramping up the publishing schedule in time for Yo-Kai Watch 4’s Switch release outside of Japan. Here’s hoping!
