I may have fallen out of Pokémon during the third generation, but after backtracking and giving their remakes a spin I’ve got a new fondness for the upcoming Legendaries. Check out what some key Pokémon staff have to say about Kyogre and Groudon, masters of weather effects and the mascots of Pokémon Sapphire & Ruby, respectively.

Each are powerful, especially with their unique Primal Reversion mechanics, and can help refresh all those Hoenn memories. You can also see their movesets, complete with each of their signature moves, though you’ll have to track down the Blue and Red Orb items for them in-game yourself.
Pick up distribution codes for them from GameStop locations from August 3rd to the 26th to add them to your Pokédex.
