Last week marked the second anniversary of Pokemon GO, the mobile AR game that got people searching far and wide all over again. To mark the occasion Niantic has shared a new image showing several of the available Pokemon. Legendaries, Alolan forms, and even hat wearing alternatives are all here, but it’s a certain trio of starters that are the most exciting.
Hanging around the crowd shot you can spot Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup; aka the starter Pokemon of the Sinnoh region. Even if we’re still waiting for Diamond & Pearl remakes, it looks like we can expect the fourth generation to be at least represented in GO sometime soon.
