The biggest surprise for the upcoming Sonic Mania Plus is the return of Mighty the Armadillo and Ray the Flying Squirrel. Having these two long-lost characters back with the gang for their newest adventure has me waiting and wanting — in the meantime, we have a chance to see them together in the latest animated episode of Sonic Mania Adventures.
Everything teased in the last few episodes is coming together now. Ray and Mighty are back together (and have some great interactions side by side), Metal Sonic is in the mix, and everybody’s closing in on Dr. Eggman.
Keep an eye out for the next episode of Sonic Mania Adventures, and remember that Sonic Mania Plus will be available starting July 17th both as a physical edition and a downloadable update.
