Mii creation and editing support heading to browsers later this month | Nintendo Wire

In just over a week’s time Miitomo, Nintendo’s first major foray into mobile gaming, will be closed down. Thanks to a new notice sent out to players we learn a few more specifics, but one part in particular stands out – Mii creation and editing is heading to compatible browsers. Here’s the full quote:

With the end of Miitomo service, it will no longer be possible to create or edit Mii characters using Miitomo, but we are planning to add a feature in late May 2018 which will enable you to create and edit Mii characters for your Nintendo Account via your web browser of choice.

Due to server migration you won’t be able to change the Mii associated with your Nintendo Account from the end of Miitomo (May 9th) through to this new service becoming available.

Always excited to see something a little bit different, Tom is ready to report on games of all shapes and sizes, whether they be wonderful or weird (or, better yet, both.) Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
