Thanks to being such a popular platform, the Nintendo 3DS has seen continuous support even after the launch of the Switch, with the likes of Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Ever Oasis and the upcoming Luigi’s Mansion port finding a home on the evergreen device.

It sounds like the company has no intention of slowing down, either, announcing during the investor briefing that it is “preparing new software for release in 2019 and beyond.” We already know of one game that’ll release in 2019, Mario + Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story + Bowser Jr.’s Journey, but we’ll have to wait and see what else is up the company’s sleeve.

We’ll be sure to bring you more news on the 3DS as it continues to prove successful!
