Recently, the details for a Japanese open beta for BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle were detailed, showing both the scheduled times for the test. For Switch owners the beta can be downloaded via the Japanese eShop starting May 11th and will last through the 14th, giving those anticipating the crossover a weekend to give some of its characters early. Thanks to a recent tweet from Arc System Works’ North American branch, we now know a localized version is coming along as well.

While the only platform mentioned in the tweet is the PlayStation 4 (with respect to digital pre-orders), there’s little reason to expect the Switch to be excluded. It won’t take long for details to come, as the company’s promised more info early this coming week. Stay tuned!
