Based on the performance of Trainers across the world in the recent Global Catch Challenge, Ho-Oh will now be appearing in Pokémon GO for two weeks. Smashing that goal of catching three billion Pokémon has brought more than just Kangaskhan and Farfetch’d to new locations. This shouldn’t be too much of a surprise as the end of the challenge is mimicking Niantic’s Pokémon GO Fest from earlier this year. Save for the bugs and issues, the closing of that event concluded with chasing down a legendary bird in raid battles.
