I grew up playing Mario Party, and while I’ve never been one to write off the board game aspect we all know the minigames are where it’s at. That’s why today’s reveal of the next game in the system has me absolutely ecstatic. Mario Party: The Top 100 is effectively a greatest hits crossover of Mario Party minigames, bringing some greats from the whole series. The second I saw Shy Guy Says back in action I knew I’d have to have this one, and it’s only a matter of time before I devote actual time to a wishlist of minigames.

Best of all it only takes one single cartridge to share this action with up to four players. It’s Mario Party as it was meant to be: played with friends who you’ll lose once you knock them off the map in Bumper Balls. Now instead of throwing your controller, they’ll be throwing their own system! Look forward to it all on November 10th.
