The combined results for the North American and European Superpower Splatfest are in! The epic battle between flight and invisibility has drawn to a close with flight taking the contest 2-1. Invisibility, backed by Marina, ended up winning the popular vote, but Pearl’s flight took solo battles and team battles to win the competition.
The good news is that the popularity vote was only separated by 2%, meaning most matches over the weekend were meaningful, avoiding those annoying ketchup vs. ketchup matches from the past. Hopefully Nintendo can continue to choose divisive topics for future Splatfests!
