We all know that 3DS’s are great for gaming, but did you know that they can be used to create music, too? A musician by the name of Trotus and the Gameboy has shared a music album that he created using the program KORG M01D from the 3DS eShop!

The whole album has a great nostalgic vibe, I’d highly recommend giving it a listen!

When talking about the program, Trotus gave it high praise:

“I love this program. Honestly, it’s not too daunting and quite user friendly once you get the hang of it. Touch screen interface and the portability actually are huge draw-ins to me compared to computer DAWs (digital audio workstations for anyone out there unfamiliar.) It’s easy to just loop a drum beat, and sequence in chords, or record melodies / basslines etc. It has a nice little piano roll.”

If there are any other musicians that would like to give this program a shot it’s currently available on the 3DS eShop for $34.
