For the past few years Sega has been collaborating with vinyl manufacturer Data Discs to release many of its soundtracks on the classic music format. Now it’s been announced that the upcoming Sonic Mania will be getting in on the action, with some beautifully retro art in tow.

We’ll have to wait and see how much of the soundtrack makes the cut, but given the thoroughness of past albums it’s probably a safe bet to say we’ll see a vast majority, if not all, of the songs! It’s also worth noting that you’ll be able to download the full album in lossy and lossless formats.

Be sure to keep an eye on the official Sonic Mania vinyl page if you plan on pre-ordering in Mid-July.
