In a surprise move, Bandai Namco announced that Mario Kart Arcade GP VR will be coming to their VR Zone Arcade in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The game is a port of the Bandai Namco developed Mario Kart Arcade GP but with added HTC Vive support. In the announcement trailer below, people are shown sitting in life-size carts, complete with steering wheels.

Not much is known at this time, but this marks Nintendo’s first officially licensed VR game (not including the Virtual Boy).
