That’s all it took from the official Sonic the Hedgehog Twitter account to stir up excitement inside thousands of Sega fans all around the world. The tweet was paired with a picture seemingly pulled from Sonic Forces, the new modern Sonic title headed to Switch later this year.
The shot from the game looks like another one of Eggman’s contraptions — maybe one of the enormous robots from the initial trailer? We can’t be sure, but we’ll learn more tomorrow! Be sure to come back to Nintendo Wire to hear the news as soon as it breaks.
