Mario Kart Statue Added to Super Mario Run | Nintendo Wire

With less than a week to go in the Super Mario Run x Mario Kart 8 Deluxe event, Nintendo has announced that the Super Mario Run community has just unlocked the second to last in-game gift, the Mario Kart Statue.

As of this posting, Toad Rally has been played 44,066,496 times. The last item, a Nintendo Switch Statue, requires 50,000,000 plays. The deadline is May 10th at 23:59, which mean each day needs to clock in a little over one million rallies to unlock all items.
Do you want the Nintendo Switch Statue? How’s your stockpile of tickets? Hoping that Super Mario Odyssey will get an in-game event as well? Share your experiences with Super Mario Run down below.

Novemberlove – We saw that announcement too from the Japanese Super Mario Run account and reported it this morning! Once the event concludes, Nintendo will make the items available to all players. 🙂
