After “announcing” a fake Fire Emblem game earlier today, Nintendo has shown that it’s not ready to cut short the jests yet – via its official Japanese Twitter, it’s announced another fake new game, this time with badges in the Badge Arcade to boot.

Titled Crazy Galaxy, it stars Ashley from the WarioWare series alongside four other intrepid space girls who… start a rock band? Fight bad guys? It’s rather unclear. The new girls are sporting names too — from left to right, there’s Anna, Vanessa, Ashley, Claudia and Coco-san.

The art is all done by WarioWare character designer and meme lord Ko Takeuchi, who also drew some more varied sketches of the new characters for the occasion. The catcher with the characters in the Badge Arcade is apparently a free play all week long as well. Whether the joke will make its way to the West remains to be seen, but we’ll be sure to let you know if it does. Stay wired for more information.
