Fans of the long-running Capcom franchise Monster Hunter know full well at this point that cross-overs are par for the course. Now, the currently Japanese expanded version of Generations, Monster Hunter XX, is adding some items based on a beloved Sanrio character – Gudetama.

Known for his lazy and disheartened mannerisms, the sentient egg yolk is a merchandise machine in Japan and abroad. Now, hunters will be able to take on some DLC quests with the rewards being outfits and weapons based on the little guy. Check out the trailer:

Monster Hunter XX is out right now in Japan for the Nintendo 3DS, while a western release has yet to be confirmed.
