YouTube user NintenDaan has uploaded two new gameplay videos of Goodbye! BoxBoy! featuring the game’s Kirby series amiibo costumes.
Goodbye! BoxBoy!’s compatibility with the Kirby series amiibo was revealed last month.
Players who scan their Kirby, Meta Knight, King Dedede or Waddle Dee figures will unlock special costumes for character Qbby, which gives him the appearance of each respective amiibo.
The new videos show off the costumes in action, as well as provide viewers additional information about the game’s amiibo functionality, including how players can access the unlockable costumes.
Goodbye! BoxBoy! is set to be released in Japan tomorrow, February 2nd.
A launch in other territories has not been announced, but stay plugged in to Nintendo Wire for news, if any, as it becomes available!
