Exciting news for younger readers! Nintendo’s returning as a sponsor for Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards this year. Alongside sponsors like Hot Wheels and Toyota, Nintendo is supporting the event that’s being held on March 11th, giving the company ample opportunity to to promote the Switch, which will already have been released by then.

Besides rolling out advertisements for Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam during last year’s ceremony, you might also remember when both Mario and Luigi opened up an award presentation sequence. It’s unknown at this time whether or not Nintendo will have characters attend the show this year, but with the KCA occurring so close to the Switch launch, we can’t imagine Nintendo not jumping at the chance to show off its latest console to an already excited crowd of kids and parents alike.

Looking forward to Nintendo’s presence at the awards show? Celebrate its return by kicking back and watching the short awards intro Mario and Luigi gave last year below. And tune into the 2017 Kids’ Choice Awards on March 11th at 8:00 p.m. EST!
