With its Western release quickly approaching, Nintendo of Europe has updated Dragon Quest VIII’s official website to include new screenshots, details and more.
Among the new details posted on the updated website is a list of features new to the 3DS version of the game.
Additional cutscenes, the removal of random monster encounters, new photography and quick battle features and two brand-new characters round out the list of new content.

The Nintendo 3DS version of Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King is set to release in North America and Europe on January 20th, with an Australian launch the following day.
