New Twitter account announces Kirby 25th anniversary celebration | Nintendo Wire

It seems like there’s some sort of special anniversary for some Nintendo IP every single year, and in 2017, everyone’s favorite pink puffball will get the spotlight. Kirby is celebrating 25 years next year, and a mysterious Japanese Twitter account focusing on the occasion has popped up. Make sure to take a look at the adorable GIF embedded in the tweet below!

“Kirby’s 25th anniversary of the star” is the official account. The Wadordi report team of the Pupu Broadcasting Station will inform you of the 25th anniversary and the peaceful everyday life that Kirby ‘s new life will reveal. We do not answer questions and inquiries, so please forgive us.”

The new Twitter page, which was linked to in a tweet from the official HAL Laboratory Twitter, has posted a very nice looking Kirby 25th Anniversary logo, confirming the authenticity of the anniversary account.
