For a few months now North Americans with Nintendo Accounts have been able to get discounts on certain games when it’s their birthday. Unfortunately for those of us in Europe we could only look on in envy as our birthdays passed by without a single notification. Thankfully those days are now over!
If you have a Nintendo Account with a linked NNID, and have opted in for promotional emails, you’ll get a notification during your birthday month. You’ll then be able to apply a 30% discount to one game out of a list, which will apparently be updated regularly. Here’s October’s selection:

3DS:
- Monster Hunter™ Generations
