An image coming from The Silph Road subreddit has revealed a charming touch included in the buddy system update to Pokémon GO. According to the image, walking 10km with Pikachu as your buddy will show it riding your avatar’s shoulder in your trainer card, much like Ash’s Pikachu!
Pikachu will probably be the only Pokémon that this Easter egg works with, which is a little unfortunate since I’d like to see what having a Snorlax riding your shoulder would look like. Oh well, one can dream I guess!
