Nintendo announced today that it will be attending Gamescom 2016 in Cologne, Germany from August 17th to August 21st.
The convention has been taking place since 2009, with Nintendo attending annually since 2010. The show has gone on to become the biggest video game trade show in the world. Last year, Nintendo showed off Super Mario Maker, along with a celebration for Super Mario Bros. 30th anniversary. It also revealed the various launch editions of Xenoblade Chronicles X, as well as offering the first hands-on demo in Europe.
Nintendo has yet to reveal what it will have at the show, but it stands to reason that the company will unleash a tidal wave of Zelda demos, and perhaps more fall titles, such as Paper Mario: Color Splash and Pokémon Sun and Moon.
