Nintendo’s roll out of SNES titles on the New 3DS’s Virtual Console continues, bringing classics from yesteryear to the handheld of today. While the initially announced group of titles have all been released since being announced back in March, a new challenge steps into the ring to keep the games coming.
Super Punch-Out!! is available now for download, pitting players against the largest roster of pugilists the franchise has seen yet. Reintroducing features from the arcade titles such as the power meter along the bottom of the screen, Super Punch-Out!! serves as something distinct, yet familiar, for those that have only played the NES classic or Wii revival.
Aspiring champions that love over-the-top characters, figuring out their opponents, and striking back smart and fast can take the World Video Boxing Association by storm today for $7.99.
