You may recall that in the last Nintendo Direct it was announced that Metroid Prime: Federation Force would arrive this spring in the US. Now, just over a month later, this release date has been pushed back in all territories to a late August/early September launch window.
Specifically, the game will release in North America on August 19th, in Japan on August 25th, and finally in Europe on September 2nd.

Supposedly the extra development time is needed to improve the game’s balance, due to its heavy emphasis on co-operative gameplay and the competitive Blast Ball.
We’ll bring you more updates on Metroid Prime: Federation Force as it comes in!
