Another new Super Mario Maker costume has been announced!
Starfy, the adorable little star from the games named after himself, will be making his way to the platformer, announced via a Nintendo of Japan’s official YouTube channel. You may recognize Starfy from Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. 4, where he’s an assist trophy.
Let me be the first to say that Starfy’s animations are absolutely adorable. He’s definitely an interesting choice for a Mario Maker costume– though Nintendo has chosen other obscure characters in the past!
We’re not sure yet how exactly Starfy will be unlockable, or exactly when, but we’ll keep you updated!
