UPDATE (3/28): It looks like the official Miitomo site has added back its mention of the March 2016 release. No reason for why the mention was temporarily removed has been given. That said, it looks like the West should still be seeing Nintendo’s new app sometime in the next three days! We’ll keep you posted.

Miitomo-March2016

Miitomo, Nintendo’s first entry in to the wild world of smartphone gaming, may be facing a delay outside of Japan. As late as yesterday, visiting the official Miitomo webpage provided information regarding the launch window of the game, including a lovely pink bubble indicating a March 2016 release.

After visiting the site this morning, however, any mention of a March release date is now missing.

After looking through the site this morning, all mentions of a March release are now absent. While this doesn’t necessarily mean a delay, it’s pretty curious nonetheless. We’re interested to see what this means for the upcoming app. Whether or not the removal of the release window carries any weight in the long run, we’ll make sure to keep you updated!
