It’s hard to believe that it’s almost been two years since Mario Kart 8 launched for Wii U, and in that time plenty of people have uploaded their videos via Mario Kart TV. Unfortunately, one of the hubs for these videos, the Mario Kart TV website, is being closed down on April 4th, 2016.

If you haven’t checked it out before, the website collates uploaded replays and their associated statistics, providing data on commonly used karts, modes and tracks. There is also a tab for time trial records, which lets you check out the average completion time for every track in the game.

Thankfully, racers will still be able to upload their highlights to YouTube and watch others in-game. The only service being affected is the website portal itself.
