The official Pokémon of Japan website has released a bunch of new screenshots and details about the upcoming Great Detective Pikachu game for the 3DS.
The game will take place in Rhyme City, where people and Pokémon coexist. Pokémon like Ludicolo, Aipom, Scraggy and Litwig are featured in some of the screenshots and appear to be helping humans with their everyday activities. The people, on the other hand, seem to be clients and friends of Tim and Detective Pikachu and look like they might play important roles in the game’s story.
Great Detective Pikachu will launch in Japan on February 3rd and will be an eShop exclusive. Unfortunately, the game is a Japan exclusive at the moment and no details about its release outside of Japan have been confirmed.
