The Shovel Knight amiibo, which has already been out in almost of all Europe, is set to launch in North America on January 8th. With that said, a Target employee over on Reddit leaked details about the amount of stock each Target store should be expecting.
Some Target stores might get as few as two Shovel Knight amiibo, while others can expect around 12-16. The Reddit user continued by saying that average store will probably get around ten amiibo and Target will have a stock of around 4,000. The user also stated that they are unsure if fans can preorder the amiibo online.
This news comes a surprise since most retailers’ stocks of amiibo have gotten significantly better since earlier this year. Keep in mind that these numbers only reflect Target’s stock of the amiibo; this doesn’t mean that other retailers will fall in the same line.
