Mahi Mahi Resort, Splatoon’s new sunny seaside retreat, will be open for business starting tomorrow, December 3rd.
First revealed during last month’s Nintendo Direct, the new map is comprised of a series of platforms over a squid-shaped swimming pool. The luxury hotels and scenic beachfront view should make for a nice, warm escape from the cold winter weather. This map incorporates a unique gameplay twist, as well: Halfway through each match, the pool’s water level falls, revealing more routes and turf to be claimed before time runs out.
