Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival, the upcoming party game spin-off of the Animal Crossing series, was released to Japan in an introduction trailer today. In it, viewers are taken on a stroll through the various scenes and features the game has to offer. From villager interaction to amiibo compatibility, it’s very clear that this newest installment will be giving longtime fans a new way to experience their favorite life sim game!

To help raise the hype even more, Nintendo of Japan has launched an official Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival page on its site. Navigating through the page takes viewers on a colorful tour of the new world Nintendo has created. Much like the trailer above, the page demonstrates amiibo compatibility, while also showing off a large number of the amiibo figures and cards fans will be able to nab for their collections.

Prepare yourself and get your cute on, amiibo Festival will hit North American retailers on November 13th. And, just announced by Nintendo, more Animal Crossing amiibo are on their way! Four characters are being transformed into the popular toys-to-life figures and will available in Japan on December 17th.
