Get ready for another Splatfest spectacular! The next North American Splatfest has been announced on the official Splatoon Tumblr, in which Team Art will face off against Team Science.
Splatfest is a special, day-long Splatoon event in which two competing teams battle it out in games of Turf Wars. During this period, players will be matched exclusively with others from their region. At the end of the clash, a winning team is determined through popularity polling and number of wins, with all participating players receiving Super Sea Snails as prizes based on their performance and team selection. These Super Sea Snails allow players to increase ability slots or reroll abilities on pieces of gear.
Although still reeling from their beatdown two weeks ago, this may prove to be the perfect opportunity for losing Team Autobots players to gain redemption.
The event is scheduled to take place next Friday, September 18th, starting at 9:00 p.m. PST and running for a full 24 hours.
