TRU estimates, based on a mid volume store where I work:

    Greninja: 30-40
    Pac Man: 20-30
    Lucina, Robin, Marth restock: 4-6
    Charizard: 8-12
    Silver Mario: 16-20
    Wario: 8-12
    Inkling singles: 8-12
    Inkling 3pk: 12-16

Preorders of Greninja and Pac-Man count toward the 1 per char per customer limit.

How early should one show up. Especially for a store exclusive. Walmart here opens at 7am, and since I’m in Canada they get Jiggly (Target went out of business here in February)

As early as you are possibly willing. The exclusives are usually better stocked than regular ones, as shown above, so you should be fine showing up within a couple hours of opening. But go as early as you are willing to go to be safe, as it’s not guaranteed. When Greninja store preorders happened, we hit the twenty person limit with 2 hours left until the store opened.
