To celebrate Pokémon TCG Pocket’s 1.5 year anniversary, new in-game events and missions are available. Plus, the Pulsing Aura (B3) expansion released too! Along with the Special Event 2026 and Elite Deck Gift Missions events, there’s the Handy Card Collection Missions event. Complete these missions and you’ll be rewarded with the following Trainer Cards: May, Giovanni, Cyrus, Rare Candy, and Giant Cape.

 

Pokémon TCG Pocket – Handy Card Collection Missions

Begins: Tuesday, April 28th, 2026 at 11 p.m. PT | Wednesday, April 29th, 2026 at 2 a.m. ET

Ends: Tuesday, July 28th, 2026 at 10:59 p.m. PT | Wednesday, July 29th, 2026 at 1:59 a.m. ET

 

 

Event Missions

During the event, a new tab will be added to the Mission menu. Labeled Handy Card, you can complete up to 5 missions to earn one each of the following Trainer Pokémon cards: May, Giovanni, Cyrus, Rare Candy, and Giant Cape. When claiming these rewards, you’ll also earn Shinedust. For claiming all the cards, you’ll get 200 Shinedust. You may also earn Cosmetics for cards (including the new Gold Frame) if you previously own these cards and reach milestones to earn these Cosmetics.

 

  • Mission: Get 10 points in solo battles
    • Reward: 1 May (Mega Rising B1) card
  • Mission: Get 12 points in solo battles
    • Reward: 1 Giant Cape (Space-Time Smackdown A2 and Deluxe Pack ex A4b) card
  • Mission: Get 15 points in solo battles
    • Reward: 1 Giovanni (Genetic Apex A1 and Deluxe Pack ex A4b) card
  • Mission: Get 18 points in solo battles
    • Reward: 1 Rare Candy (Celestial Guardians A3 and Deluxe Pack ex A4b) card
  • Mission: Get 20 points in solo battles
    • Reward: 1 Cyrus (Space-Time Smackdown A2 and Deluxe Pack ex A4b) card
