It’s finally here! Lego Super Mario: The Mighty Bowser has arrived at the Nintendo Wire offices (thanks Lego Marketing Department for the review opportunity!) and I couldn’t be happier.

While I knew the MASSIVE box meant Bowser’s build would be time-consuming, I underestimated just how long it would take to assemble the King of the Koopas. In total, Bowser took me four days to build and around 7 ½ hours of total build time from start to finish. Parts of this process were a bit more challenging than I expected, but overall I’m impressed with how well the end product turned out.

If you want to see the process on to put Bowser together but don’t have eight hours to kill, check out our speed build video below, where we assemble Bowser from start to finish in less than seven minutes!
