Last year, South Korean tech giant Samsung released a special charging case for its Galaxy Buds 2 that looked like a Poké Ball. Despite the awkward shape and pocket fit, it completely sold out in no time. And now, Samsung is once again collaborating with the Pocket Monsters makers, releasing three new Pokémon themed cases for Galaxy Buds 2 – based on Ditto, Snorlax, and Jigglypuff.
The cases are releasing in South Korea for ₩129,000 ($100) as a bundle with the Buds, or ₩199,000 ($153) for the Buds Pro. You can also purchase the cases separately for the much more modest price of ₩39,600 won ($30) if you already have the Buds. Considering the Poké Ball case did make its way overseas, it’s likely only a matter of time until these ones follow suit. We’ll keep you updated!
