Nintendo’s Nine Month Earnings report has arrived, providing all of the typical financial data and forecasts. An interesting announcement was made via the documents, however – the upcoming Animal Crossing mobile game has been delayed out of this fiscal year, meaning it will release in April or later.

Nintendo cites the reason for the delay as to “accommodate the releases and operation” of its other mobile games. Presumably this is primarily referring to Fire Emblem Heroes, which will be releasing in a matter of days.

We’ll be sure to bring you news on the Animal Crossing mobile game as and when it’s made available.
