The second ever Spirit Board event has been announced, and rather than basing itself on a shared character theme, this one’s all about one home series. Leading the charge is none other than Fire Emblem, flexing on Smash once again by having itself in the spotlight.
The three-day "Fire Emblem Fest Part 1" event starts in Super #SmashBrosUltimate on 21/12! It's a grand gathering of spirits from the #FireEmblem series! Beating these spirits will earn you extra SP. Note that some spirits appearing in part 1 will change for part 2. pic.twitter.com/Mn1h3Ln1JD

More specifically, it’ll focus on the earlier titles of the series. Judging by the characters featured in the announcement Tweet, it’ll go from Marth’s debut on NES all the way up to and including the GBA’s Sacred Stones, although the official news post in-game also lists Fates’ Azura. After the first, glasses themed event I’m actually looking forward to this one. It makes getting Legendary Spirits more convenient, and I do love me some FE.
This one’ll start on the 21st in Japan, meaning Thursday night based on American time zones. A Part 2 is scheduled after that, some time in January. Be ready to reap as many rewards as you can through the weekend, and let your Spirit collection grow ever larger.
