After months of waiting and a brief delay, the first batch of Sega Ages titles has finally hit the Nintendo Switch eShop. These include the side scrolling shoot ’em up Thunder/Lightening Force IV and the original Sonic the Hedgehog.
These are intended to be perfect emulations of the original games, with optional extra features like the Sonic Mania drop dash in the first Sonic game.
Future Sega Ages ports include Phantasy Star, Sonic 2, Out Run and many more besides. We’ll be sure to keep you up to date with all the latest.
