We’re just a few days away from the launch of the Marina & Pearl amiibo, and the official Japanese Splatoon 2 Twitter account has revealed just what the figures unlock. While we knew it’d be special gear, we see for the first time that it’s based on the duo’s fashion. Check it out:

そしてバトルを進めると、特別なギアを、アタマ・フク・クツ1種類ずつプレゼントしてくれるぞ。

With Octolings now playable it opens up a lot of fun cosplay opportunities! Not only that but you can have photo shoots with them too, and if you do it during a Splatfest you join them on stage!
