In 2015 indie developer SWDTech successfully got funding for Pixel Noir, a pixel-art filled adventure that fuses detective story tropes with JRPG gameplay. Now it’s been confirmed that the game will head to the Nintendo Switch sometime this year. Check out the announcement trailer:
Unfortunately the team had to shelve the 3DS port in favor of the Switch version, but backers of the Kickstarter project will be able to change to one of the other platforms.
Pixel Noir will release for all platforms sometime in 2018.
