Line, the preeminent messaging service in Japan, has been making waves with its licensed stickers for years now. Mario got some great ones recently and I’ve gotten plenty of use out of my Kirby set, but it’s time for something a little more ink-credible.
Thanks to Splatoon 2’s limitless popularity, it was only a matter of time before things got fresh, and the current additions don’t disappoint. Off the Hook are (as always) the standouts here, with Pearl and Marina both getting stickers for themselves. Marie gets in on the fun (for eel!) too, as do several other shopkeeps and squid kids. Even Grizzco’s in on the collaboration, though that’s no surprise with how much cash these are bound to make.
