Sheldon has some exciting news today! At 7:00 p.m. PT | 10:00 p.m. ET, the Rapid Blaster Pro will be available in Splatoon 2.
This isn’t just a new skin with some different sub and special weapons. Nope, the Rapid Blaster Pro can fire further off into the distance than the Rapid Blaster! Though with such an improvement comes a tradeoff: its firing rate is slower. To make up for that, the Toxic Mist sub-weapon can slow down your enemies and help have them splatted or get stuck into taking an alternate route. Going for a 1-2 punch, you can also unleash your special, Ink Storm, to rain havoc and ink across the map.
Definitely brush up on this weapon, as you might be thrown this terror during a shift over at Grizzco Industries. Most importantly though, have fun, stay off the hook and stay fresh!
