It’s finally time – Pokémon Bank has been updated for Sun & Moon compatibility!
According to a tweet sent out by The Pokémon Company, the newest version of Pokémon Bank is officially live on the 3DS eShop. This, of course, means that you can now deposit and withdraw Pokémon from Sun & Moon, as well as bring Pokémon from XYORAS into the newest installments.
This news also brings along an update to the Poké Transporter, which allows you to transfer your Pokémon from the digital versions of Red, Blue and Yellow that are available in the eShop.
And lastly, to celebrate the long overdue update, Pokémon is giving out Mew’s Z-Crystal, Mewnium Z, to all Pokémon Bank users! This lets Mew use its signature Z-Move Genesis Supernova, which has a base power of 185 and leaves behind a psychic terrain.
And although this update may seem a little late, I think we can all agree to just rejoice in the fact that it’s finally here. Huzzah!
