Nintendo has released a trailer for Tetris 99’s incoming 57ths Maximus Cup, which is based on the newly released RPG Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave.
The event will run from 12 a.m. PT on October 2nd to 11:59 p.m. PT on October 5th. Users can unlock this theme — which features art, music, and Tetromino designs inspired by Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave — by playing Tetris 99 during this period and accumulating 100 event points through online matches.
An active Nintendo Switch Online membership is required to access this content.
Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave launched earlier this month as a Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive. Tetris 99 is available as a free download for Switch 1 and 2 users.
