Nintendo has published a new trailer for the latest installment in its tactical RPG franchise, Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave.

The video is a showcase of action, setpieces, and dramatic dialogue from the game’s many characters.

The launch trailer follows this week’s longer, in-depth overview trailer, which teased some major plot beats and introduced the main cast. A day-one patch for Fortune’s Weave is live, which adds special weapons from previous Fire Emblem games.

Director Toshiyuki Kusakihara recently revealed that the game was originally going to include eight playable protagonists, though the main cast was halved later in development. Players can switch between the four characters freely throughout their playthrough.

Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave is available now, exclusive to Nintendo Switch 2. You can buy the game on Amazon and other retailers today.
