Konami has announced the release date of the Nintendo Switch version of the upcoming Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, which will launch on the same day as other platforms.
Developed by Evil Empire, the 2D action-adventure game will be released on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on October 15th, 2026.
The first Castlevania title in 12 years, Belmont’s Curse takes place in Paris in 1499, over two decades after the events of Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse. Players take control of Rose Belmont, daughter of vampire hunter Trevor Belmont.
A gameplay trailer dropped in April showing Rose battling a corrupted version of Joan of Arc, as well as a shadowy figure known as The Fallen.
