An ESRB rating for Minecraft on Nintendo Switch 2 has emerged, indicating that the popular sandbox game may be heading to the platform soon.

The ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) assigns age and content ratings to video games in the US and Canada. The Switch 2 version of Minecraft has been rated “10+” for “Fantasy Violence.”

The rating has appeared just days ahead of this year’s Summer Game Fest, which will begin on June 5th. New game reveals are frequently made at this yearly event, so it’s possible that Minecraft’s Switch 2 port will be made official later this week.

Minecraft previously launched on the original Nintendo Switch in 2017, and on the Wii U in 2015.
